Who is Ragna?

Ragna isn't quite what he appears. He's a familiar who's sent to compete with his rival for the chance to train Alana.

Usually, familiars become guides to humans at an older age, but the High Council are taking risks as of late. As a newly appointed teen apprentice Ragna has more responsibilities than most and might not be up to the task of teaching Alana how to tap into her magic.

Unsure what he's hiding Alana and Edmond have no choice but to rely on Ragna. But just what is he keeping from the humans?
